11. IIE-SRF Fellowship (Canada)

Academic Level: PhD

Eligible Countries: All

Eligibility Criteria:
a. Hold a Ph.D. or highest degree in their field and have significant teaching and/or research experience at a university, college, or other institution of higher learning
b. have an established record of published research
c. demonstrate superior academic accomplishment or promise
d. are facing or have recently fled from immediate, targeted threats to their lives and/or careers in their home countries or countries of residence
e. will benefit their home and/or host academic communities

12. Reach Oxford Scholarship (United Kingdom)

Academic Level: Undergraduate

Eligible Countries: All

Eligibility Criteria:
a. Must be a national of countries who receive official development assistance from he Development Assistance Committee (DAC) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development
b. Must be a new student
c. Cannot study Medicine
